Cancellation and Return

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by VALLS & GUIRADO, LDA.
The request must be sent in writing to the contact email, within 5 days of the order, and the instructions for cancellation or return of the goods will be answered and defined by VALLS & GUIRADO, LDA. by the same means of communication.

2. Whenever possible, the return should be made by the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer.

3. The returned products must be in a condition in which they were sold, i.e. in the same condition in which they arrived in the hands of the User, without any anomaly or damage.

4. If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the conditions of settlement will be indicated by VALLS & GUIRADO, LDA.

5. VALLS & GUIRADO, LDA. undertakes to reimburse the User, if the above options are validated, within a maximum period of two days.
